How do I add prayer reminders to my calendar?
Choose your prayer settings and month, select a reminder interval, then download Calendar (.ics) from the monthly timetable. Import the file into your calendar application. That application controls whether and how alerts appear.

Create a calendar file
- Save the correct location, timezone, method and Asr setting on the prayer page.
- Choose the month in Monthly timetable.
- Choose no reminder, at prayer time, or an available interval before prayer.
- Select Calendar (.ics), import it into your calendar app and check an event’s time and alert.
Will it update when I travel?
No. The file is a fixed monthly snapshot, not a live subscription. Changing settings on MyDeenPath does not change events already imported. Export again for a new place, month or method, and manage old events in your calendar to avoid duplicates.
Does the website play an adhan or send notifications?
It does not provide background adhan playback or push prayer notifications. Calendar permissions, focus modes, timezone settings and alert behavior belong to the calendar and device. Test your chosen calendar setup before depending on its reminders.
