Your private data

How do I save notes and move to another device?

Use a verse’s bookmark button to save it, or open My reflection and choose Save reflection to keep a note. My Path collects your progress. To move it, export a backup and restore that file in the destination browser.

Move your saved information

  1. In the original browser, open My Path and choose Export my data.
  2. Keep the downloaded JSON file private and transfer it to your other device.
  3. In the destination browser, open My Path and select the backup under Restore.
  4. Review the validation summary, then confirm the merge and check your saved items.

What happens when both devices have data?

Restore merges bookmarks and completed learning steps. An existing note on the destination is kept if both copies contain a note for the same verse. Existing settings also stay in place, and the higher reading-progress count is retained. Export both browsers first if you want to preserve both versions.

What is not included?

The backup does not contain downloaded website pages, audio or an offline library. Download the library again on the destination device. There is no cloud account that can recover a lost local note. Clearing browser data may remove your progress.
